Continuous heart rate and wellness monitoring included
This medical alert system supports continuous wellness and heart rate monitoring using your choice of sensors. You can choose arm band or watch type sensors during your checkout. Arm band sensors are somewhat more accurate and durable, they are highly recommended.
What kind of smartphones does this work with?
You can use an Andoid 4.4 (or newer) smartphone or tablet, or one of ours, to keep your sensors connected to the Safe&Mobile system. Your contacts can receive alerts and notifications on any type of mobile phone that receives SMS messages.
Mobile use and GPS included with all versions of this system
Mobile use and GPS capabilities are included with Safe&Mobile and there is no additional monthly charge for their use.

Chances are, your family and/or friends are the closest people to your life. Safe&Mobile transmits alerts and notifications to your circle of family and friends (managed by you) instead of channeling this information through strangers in a call center.
Can I use an Safe&Mobile on Android phones and iPhones?
When you use Safe&Mobile, or any of our systems, you will either be the person being monitored or you will be one of that person’s Contacts who receives status and alert information. Contacts may use any phone/device they wish that is SMS capable. Persons being monitored must use an Android phone/device. Why? – we developed for Android first so we can offer a low cost system to seniors on a fixed income.
WiFi or data service required
Data service, or wifi, for your mobile device is required for Safe&Mobile to work properly.
Services are billed monthly after you have received the service. You may cancel at any time. We do not use contracts. There are no hidden fees.

eHeart Monitor staff is available for support via telephone at 1(800) 949-4814 during normal business hours. You may also log into your account on our web portal 24×7 and create a help request ticket using the “Support” link along the bottom left side of your screen.
