eHeart Health Monitoring accepts returns of hardware components, for refund or exchange, that are in new and unopened condition for a period of 30 days from the original sales transaction date. Product packaging of the returned items must be undamaged and complete (or in the same condition as when received from our store/website). If you decide you need to return your product(s) within 30 days of purchase, simply call us at 800.949.4814 and select option 3 for “support” and one of our support associates will help you process your return. After the 30 day period we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange on hardware components. Due to the strict sanitation and hygiene needs of our customers we cannot accept returns of opened/used items.

To complete your return, we will need the Order Number from your original purchase as your “Proof of Purchase”. You can find this number on the email/receipt from your original order, or by logging in to your account at


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Refunds are automatically applied to your credit card (or to the original method of payment) within 30 days (usually much quicker). Your refund will include the full purchase price of the item from the original sales transaction.

We do not offer refunds for monthly billed subscription services. We do not refund shipping charges.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
